Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of roles.
This role requires a proactive individual who is well-versed in current recruitment trends and best practices.
Note : This is a commission-only opportunity,
no basic salary can be offered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment processes, sourcing and screening a large number of candidates in a short timeframe.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to quickly identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience, ensuring a strong fit with job requirements and company culture.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for ongoing and future high-volume hiring needs.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring challenges.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (freelance or agency preferred).
- Fluent in English (B2 / C1); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and channels,
particularly in high-volume environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for company culture, even in large-scale recruitment scenarios.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing high-volume recruitment independently.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-employed and able to invoice.
