REN MENA Onshore is developing and managing a portfolio in the Middle East and North Africa, mostly by answering to RFPs and bidding for tenders. The job requires a good level of autonomy, but also a capacity for dialogue and communication with other internal/external stakeholders. To fulfill its mission, the FP&A MENA reports to the REN MEA Corporate Affairs Director & Compliance. HSE: Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate's QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times. Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management. Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals. Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required. Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons. General: In the frame of TTE group finance processes, the FP&A is expected to: Ensure the implementation of financial and controlling processes in subsidiaries in the MENA region (including support to implement such processes in SPCs). Manage all corporate finance related processes for MENA hub. Manage/assist in the preparation of Budget and Long-Term Plan (LTP) for projects and entities in MENA. Coordinate with other functions of Finance and other departments (Business Development (BD)/Project Development (PD)/Asset & Countries (A&C)) to ensure completeness of the requirements for Budgeting and LTP work. Ensure the Monthly reporting of affiliates and projects in MENA region (including SPCs and Projects). Ensure the Quarterly group consolidation for P&L, Balance Sheet Interco and reconciliation with Monthly Reporting (including consolidation reporting). Consolidate data and prepare financial synthesis and dashboards for all projects in MENA hub. Assist with implementation of SAP in key subsidiaries for management of information. Manage information on online portals such as Netsuite, Anaplan, Shuttle as and when required. Finance Controlling and Reporting: Consolidation of accounts for projects in MENA region for onshore business. Manage Long Term Plan (LTP) and Budget exercise for REN MENA Onshore projects. Consolidation and validation of financial fluxes coming from operating assets in MENA. Hub Cost monitoring, budget v/s actuals analysis and reporting. Manage finance subjects for MENA onshore projects handled by BD, PD, A&C teams. Set-up financial and controlling processes for REN MENA Onshore subsidiaries (including new SPCs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with TotalEnergies subsidiaries, if and when necessary. Establish finance processes in new countries and SPVs. Other reporting such as CBCR, Financing forms etc. should be completed for the perimeter. Monitor project wise cost against the budget for different projects with the help of BD, PD teams. Conduct cost analysis, budget v/s actual analysis for hub cost and project costs. Maintain tracker for all costs paid for projects and validate invoices to ensure they are in line with agreed costs with help of the team. Conducting various analyses for different financial parameters and preparation of dashboards for management. Provide adhoc analysis/reports to Management as and when required for MENA projects. Ensure adequate period closing (monthly/quarterly or annual). Adequate accruals to be posted for necessary costs. Ensure reporting for assets is completed based on production figures and costs budgeted. Managing recharge of costs on different MENA projects including inter-company agreements. Validation of invoices for project cost through different entities and approval of payment in Bank portal. Coordinate with local finance teams of operating assets to understand the monthly financials and movements. Work on other tax subjects like withholding tax, transfer pricing etc. as and when required. Annual Audit: Ensure Annual Audit for the affiliates are completed and Tax return is filed on time. Manage information sharing with the auditors by the team. Assist team in resolving audit queries. Ensure closing audit without major findings with help of team. Ensure audit report is closed adequately and submitted to authorities on time (if applicable). Other Objectives: Coordinate with teams in different affiliates in MENA and Head Office team for execution of all key tasks. Manage resources responsible for controlling in the hub to ensure tasks are adequately completed. Update information in various ERPs for REN MENA onshore (Netsuite, Anaplan). Ensure adherence to TTE processes and guidelines specific to position's roles and responsibilities. Minimum Requirements: More than 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in financial management/ cost control. Qualified finance professional with Post Graduation/ Masters degree (preferred). Good communication skills, SAP knowledge, MS Office. Fluent written and spoken English, Fluent written and spoken French is a big plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
