The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the organization's financial control with a focus on financial reporting and accounting. Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining planning and budgeting systems, preparing financial and management reports, and presenting findings and specific recommendations to senior management. Analyzing and interpreting trends requiring management's attention. Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Requirements: Advanced knowledge of financial control and accounting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong communication and coaching skills.
