Are you ready to dive into high-stakes financial analysis with a focus on Due Diligence and M&A?
We're looking for a seasoned Financial Analyst who's got the CPA chops, transaction experience, and drive to shape impactful acquisition decisions.
Remote role, high growth potential, and hands-on involvement await!
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Lead high-level accounting deliverables, ensuring top-tier accuracy for Due Diligence (DD) reports Collaborate with and manage junior analysts in our overseas team Dive deep into financial details, including resolving complex discrepancies like COGS issues Conduct thorough risk analysis to identify growth opportunities for client acquisitions Prepare and present DD reports to clients with clarity and professionalism Balance team oversight with hands-on financial analysis, offering direct support and guidance Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Experience: 3+ years in finance/accounting, auditing, or Due Diligence Leadership: Strong management skills with a background in project management or operations Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at presenting complex information to clients Attention to Detail: Unmatched accuracy, integrity, and a detail-oriented approach Client Focus: Previous account management experience; able to build client trust and provide valuable insights Your Perks: What's in it for you Work with a fully remote team Location independence Great opportunity to grow into an operations manager role Work with the company's owner and share the same values You'll be joining a high-level and fast-paced team, working with exciting businesses and projects Why Adaptive Teams?
