You will join Ultrabulk's global Treasury Accounting team as a Financial Accountant and work closely with our team of dedicated professionals in Copenhagen, Santiago, and Singapore. You will be responsible for various tasks related to accounting, analysis, reconciliations, and processing of expenses through our digital expense & invoice management system. In addition, you and your close colleagues, will work together on further simplifying and digitalising our processes within financial accounting.
Along with other interesting tasks, your responsibilities will include:
Processing and following up on invoices and credit card expenses using our digital expense & invoice management systemParticipating in the monthly closing process, ensuring that all tasks are expedited correctly and within the various deadlines, including reconciliation of financial accounts and clearing of bank accountsVerifying and controlling payment proposals generated through SAPReconciling loans, accrued interests and payment of instalmentsCommunication with suppliers and internal stakeholders Actively participating in the implementation of a new expense & invoice management tool Various ad hoc tasks, including reporting to government entitiesWhat you might love about us
