The Opportunity The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) serves as key business partner to the commercial organization. As a FEP you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our strategy. The FEP builds networks across the organization (including the Finance Excellence Chapters), to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP, you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey. Key Responsibilities Partner with the business and support co-lead touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey with an enterprise mindset. Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities. Key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation. Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions. Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets. Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency. Stimulate behaviors across the organization aligned with financial objectives. Monitor and manage customer performance over the whole contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective. Propose & drive ideas for P&L improvement - upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc. Play active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies. Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value. Who you are At least 4 years of experience working in a multinational pharmaceutical or diagnostics environment and a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced English level (both written and verbal). Deep understanding of financial processes, principles, and performance metrics, with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with business goals. Strong ability to build networks, share best practices, and co-create solutions across the organization. Capability to act as a trusted thought partner and to stimulate behaviors aligned with financial objectives. Strong focus on customer journeys, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum impact.
