It's a fast-growing startup looking for fast-growing individuals to join and build the rocket together. We are looking for a Finance Associate to be at the forefront of this exciting journey. This role will be based in our Santiago Chile office based in the beautiful Las Condes. What you will do at Topsort: Support finance lead and cofounders in finance operations including transaction processing, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation. Assist in invoicing, collection, and cash flow management, overseeing the billing structure and related banking and credit card transfers. Assist in the design and implementation of FP&A tools to optimize decision-making processes. Help develop financial models for the business, investors, and board meetings.Assist in budgeting for annual OKRs, business team expenditures, and gross burn control. Assist in auditing processes related to equity awards, fundraising, and share capital evolution in coordination with the legal team. What we expect from you: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field or an MBA 2+ years of experience in finance, investing, banking, or consulting, working with fast-paced startup environment is always a plus, even better if you are familiar with the media space and enterprise softwares. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, and a "no work is beneath you" mentality to get things done. Desire to work in a fast-moving scale-up that is both local and global, and play an active role in the culture and operations of the Chilean expansion, coordinating with US and global team members.
