Objective Plan in the short and medium term, the financial analysis of business activities and plans with the purpose of measuring, analyzing and controlling the return on investments. It is responsible for insuring and certifying profitability in each of the accounts or RE. Responsibilities Analysis of internal financial information (for example, profit and loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, income, rates of return, etc.) Prepare and measure the financial impact of commercial activities in the P&L. Responsible for making and providing the financial analysis of the accounts or ERs, monitoring and control of the P & L, GTN, monitoring of payments to customers; also of the most important financial and credit indicators. Develop, communicate and monitor financial indicators such as: Volume; GTN; Net sale; Mix or mix as well as margin of the clients to provide feedback to the commercial team and identify deviations. Ensure and issue scorecards in time and form for monthly - quarterly - annual monitoring. Work with the members of CDTs with the objective of sharing the financial knowledge of the business to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the actions. Analyze the impact on mark up & margins of the trade in promotional actions. Compile and ensure that all terms and conditions with customers have agreements and contracts that support commercial activities with each of the clients. Support, monitoring and analysis of payment for performance based on the conditions of T & C, and if necessary recommend action plans. Periodically prepare conciliation of sales management vs statutory in order to respond to audits and audits of local authorities. Financial information support to the KAM and CDT on performance of promotional actions and Terms and conditions. Control the correct monthly closing of sales, both in accounting and management books. Prepare presentation of monthly results and for Budget Review - estimated. Prepare and record in the financial planning system the investment of terms and conditions for the preparation of the Budget and the estimates. Carry out the cost to serve & working capital analysis of the key accounts. Responsible for communicating and monitoring compliance with financial policies related to GTN - and C2C cycle. Respond to corporate audits related to GTN Management. Requirements Degree in Accounting, economic, administrative or related careers. 2+ years of previous experience in financial planning or sales controlling. It is desired: Knowledge of SAP.
