As a Field Service Engineer, you'll take charge of delivering, installing, and maintaining our cutting-edge solutions, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance and maximizing productivity. In this role, you'll provide top-notch engineering services to customers, enhancing machine performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing: Ensure machines meet design and customer expectations, quickly resolving issues. Troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems to boost efficiency. Conduct preventive maintenance to optimize performance. Disassemble and install mechanical components, improving procedures with engineering. Maintain relationships with sales leadership, providing updates and insights. Contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring proper use of tools and equipment. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing complaints and proactively working on projects. Qualifications About You Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics (SEC A or B electrical installer license preferred). 3+ years of customer service experience in agriculture or food industries, or other relevant experience. Proficient in maintaining process continuity, following checklists, and troubleshooting electromechanical and software issues. Skilled in analyzing and resolving electromechanical and software problems, and interpreting manuals and diagrams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a customer service focus and ability to work under pressure. Willing to travel extensively (up to 80%). Comfortable communicating in English professionally.
