What awaits you in this role? : Operations Support: Processes payment of GIBCO commission, Integration and New Business. Prepares check of agent without cash card. Processes and mails check/CV of branches within the assigned branches. Monitors/ files the Dealer profile. Monitors the Agents accreditation form for compliance. Processes CIR. Administrative Support: Monitors inventory of OR/CR without encumbrance of branches. Acts as custodian of release of CMC. Takes charge of mailing and preparation of transmittal documents to branches. Files the CIR/DLR. Prepares the Precautionary papers required by Treasury Department and files precautionary papers for boxing in the warehouse.
