Job Description We are seeking a passionate Facilities and Maintenance Manager who is responsible for overseeing, as well as managing, the maintenance and functionality of the facilities. This role ensures compliance with relevant regulations, promotes a safe work environment, and optimizes facility operations. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilities Management: Supervises and directs the facilities maintenance team who handles all repairs, operation of facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems. Facilitates the maintenance schedule of company equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation and appropriate availability. Manages vendor relationships for facility services. Manages the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Plans and coordinates facility improvement projects and renovations. Reporting and Compliance: Manages facility environmental programs and reporting including hazardous waste monitoring, governmental reporting, air/water permitting, etc. to ensure conformance with company policies and compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Prepares and submits required compliance-related documentation and reports to local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. Manages company vehicle protocol, follows DOT regulations, and MVR reporting. Monitors and tracks compliance with environmental and safety regulations, recommending policy changes as necessary. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations, or a combination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. OSHA 30-hour General Industry and Safety Health card. Working knowledge of Federal and State Indiana occupational safety, health and environmental regulations, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations. Working knowledge of environmental wastewater systems. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Strong document management skills and attention to detail. Bias for action with a proactive approach to self-lead tasks to completion. Ability to work flexible hours and be on call as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
