Expert Review on Debt, Climate & Nature: TOR Technical Secretariat, Project Manager The consultant will carry out the necessary tasks in their own place of permanent residence and, if required, will assist in meetings at the ECLAC venue. Expected Duration: 10 months Duties and Responsibilities: Support the coordination of the joint work of the Technical Secretariat (TS). Participate and take notes in some of the stakeholder meetings on behalf of the Director. Maintain the ERDCN information to support TS activities. Review the analytical work carried out by the expert review's support. Support all activities of the TS Director. Qualifications/Special Skills: The consultant must be a professional in economics, finance, or engineering, preferably with postgraduate studies in economics, environmental economics, and/or public finance. The consultant must present evidence of at least two (2) years of professional experience in supporting high-level management activities at the international level. Experience in management and marketing roles, along with expertise in managing executive support, is required. The consultant must have specific knowledge in debt management and sustainability, climate change, sustainable finance, public policies, environment, and sustainable development. Languages: English and French are the working languages of the UN Secretariat. For this position, fluent English is required. Knowledge of any other UN official languages is an advantage. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus. Additional Information: Not available.
