Job Description: Ensure commercial excellence through efficiency, continuous improvement, and process evolution plans, leveraging market data to achieve strategic objectives and sustainable businesses based on Fresenius Medical Care's policies and guidelines. Lead efficiency, continuous improvement, and process evolution activities to eliminate risk factors and promote commercial excellence. Drive and support the involvement of the entire organization in effective CRM use and processes, promoting best practices exchange. Lead data analytics within the area, ensuring reliable data capture, interpretation, and delivery of intelligent dashboards to requesting areas. Key Responsibilities: Support S&OP activities by ensuring on-demand availability of company products within established FCA and FBA policies. Lead Budget and Forecast processes aligned with Demand processes. Collaborate with Care Enablement and Commercial Excellence projects, activities, and initiatives to ensure synergies and efficient processes. Plan and support commercial plan execution aligned with marketing plans. Support marketing plan execution, providing timely metrics and data. Contribute to a positive working environment and interpersonal relationships based on global values, code of ethics, and company purpose. Perform other tasks in accordance with organizational needs and related to this position's objective.
