Ensure commercial excellence in the Care Enablement team and areas, through the implementation of efficiency, continuous improvement and process evolution plans, as well as the collection and analysis of market data aimed at achieving strategic objectives and sustainable businesses, based on the policies and guidelines established by Fresenius Medical Care.
Lead efficiency, continuous improvement and process evolution activities, eliminating risk factors and potential dangers, in favor of commercial excellence.
Drive and support the involvement of the entire organization in the effective use and processes within CRM, promoting the exchange of best practices.
Lead data analytics within the area, promoting the reliable capture of data, its interpretation and the delivery of intelligent Dashboards to the different requesting areas.
Support S&OP activities by ensuring on-demand availability of the company's products within the policies established for FCA and FBA.
Lead the Budget and Forecast processes aligned with the Demand processes.
Collaborate with Care Enablement and Commercial Excellence projects, activities and initiatives to ensure synergies and more effective processes.
Plan and support the execution of the commercial plan aligned with the marketing plan.
Support the execution of marketing plans, providing metrics and data in a timely manner.
Contribute to a good working environment and interpersonal relationships based on global values, code of ethics and company purpose.
Perform other tasks in accordance with organizational needs and related to the objective of the position.
