Job Description:
We seek a Commercial Excellence Specialist to drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and process evolution within the Care Enablement team and areas. The ideal candidate will implement plans aimed at achieving strategic objectives and sustainable businesses based on company policies and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities: Lead efficiency, continuous improvement, and process evolution activities to eliminate risk factors and promote commercial excellence.Drive and support the organization's effective use of CRM processes, promoting best practices exchange.Lead data analytics, ensuring reliable data capture, interpretation, and delivery of intelligent Dashboards to requesting areas.Support S&OP activities by guaranteeing on-demand availability of products within established FCA and FBA policies.Collaborate with Care Enablement and Commercial Excellence projects, activities, and initiatives to ensure synergies and efficient processes.Plan and execute the commercial plan aligned with the marketing plan, providing timely metrics and data.Contribute to a positive working environment and interpersonal relationships based on global values, code of ethics, and company purpose.About Fresenius Medical Care Fresenius Medical Care is a dynamic company that combines unique elements such as culture, core values, company meetings, commitment to sustainability, recognition programs, and most importantly, its people.
