As an Engineering Manager, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers to achieve technical excellence and deliver high-quality products. Job Qualifications Technical Skills Language Skills: Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in backend development using Python. Strong understanding of software engineering principles and ability to guide technical decisions. Previous experience as a backend developer, preferably with Java. Previous experience as a frontend developer, preferably with Angular, React, or TypeScript. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins or GitLab-CI. Strong understanding of microservices architecture. Experience using JIRA for task management and team collaboration.
