E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Description Objective: Responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our new and existing clients across Priority markets in the eCommerce channel, driving sales growth and maximizing profitability. Key Activities: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to grow the eCommerce channel and increase market share. Elaborate annual forecast and monthly forecast review. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients. Foster strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with marketing and category teams to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales. Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, performance metrics to prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting growth opportunities and challenges. Execute and improve Perfect Screen of priority markets: Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica. Competencies (Experiences/Education): Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management with eCommerce channel. Record of developing and growing eCommerce channel. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Strong understanding of the Chilean market and eCommerce platforms (other countries is a plus). Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. Languages: Spanish English (Be able to have a conversation and present in English).
