Descripción de Actividades:
1. - Provide technical direction and leadership to DTMEC VDOC Group. Promptly respond to internal and external customers to issues or inquiries, achieving a consistent and a high-level customer's satisfaction within DTNA Engineering Documentation team.
2. - Prioritize and assign work within DTMEC VDOC Group, in accordance to complexity, workload and availability of resources, challenging the team members to reach their potential and supporting their efforts to accomplish the team's goals.
3. - Use DTNA's documentation systems and processes (IMACS, ERS+, EC, etc) to create and
review documentation, to support engineering projects. Review maintenance and per-serial releases and review EWRs for PACT approval, ensuring that engineering standards and procedures are met while taking into account the impact to manufacturing and other areas of the company.
4. - Implement operation procedures, engineering standards, best practices and KPIs in the DTMEC VDOC Group, aligned with DTNA Engineering to ensure that Operational Excellence is achieved by the DTMEC VDOC Group.
5. - Lead initiatives within the DTMEC VDOC Group to improve quality, efficiency and employee effectiveness to promote a Continuous Improvement culture that leads to efficiency improvements and to exceed customer expectations.
