Key Responsibilities: Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals Supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, discipline, retention and termination Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors Build strong relationships with customers for business growth and contact potential customers to identify new business opportunities Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects Promote products of the company, deliver products of the company and collect payments from the clients Other tasks that will be assigned by management that will be beneficial and profitable to the company QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business related courses; Master's degree will be an advantage 2-3 years of solid experience in sales operations including sales forecasting in the Pharmaceutical Industry Experience in leading and coaching large teams in a complex environment Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Must know how to drive a four-wheel vehicle and possess a legitimate driver's license Ability to work on an extended schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and early mornings, as well as the possibility of rendering overtime Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: Company car Company events Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid toll fees Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Santiago City, Isabela: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: District sales manager: 2 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
