Key Responsibilities Lead Implementation of Omnichannel (Wholesale, Retail and eCom) marketing plan in alignment with LAM strategy to ensure high quality and consistent consumer impact Develop account marketing plans for key accounts in close collaboration with the country sales teams to achieve maximum sell-in, sell-out and consumer impact with the key accounts in LAM Drive an exciting consumer experience online and offline for our consumers Drive execution of the key city trade zone attack to position adidas as the most desirable and present brand in the key trade zones.
Develop delegates through coaching, feedback and experiences to build best team Owns Country wholesale Shop-in-Shop investment plan and CAPEX investment to maximize consumer impact and ensure efficient use of resources Lead local TRade Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize consumer impact and sell out.
Owns Country Omnichannel Marketing Working Budget to ensure a right investment decision Key Relationships Local Brand and other Marketing teams Local Sales and Channel Distribution teams Regional teams either Marketing or Sales Knowledge Skills and Abilities Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution Strong coaching leadership style providing guidance, support, and feedback through active listening, emotional intelligence, and mentorship An acute sense of business bringing financial literacy, strategic thinking, market awareness and operational insight A strong and dedicated understanding towards the customers' needs Requisite Education and Experience & Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in related field +10 years' Commercial & Marketing roles leading Channels and/or Categories strategies and execution plans in both Brick-and-Mortar and eCommerce.
+5 years' experience leading and managing teams like Sales teams, Trade Marketing teams or similar.
Previous experience managing Marketing working budget and Sales Forecasting.
Proven track record of sales-driven results demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets, growth in revenue, and successful implementation of point of sales strategies.
Strong communications skills and relationship management leading and negotiating with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, B2B clients, among others.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Be able to work in an English-speaking environment in a daily basis.
