About the Role:
- Create and drive B2B (Clinics) Marketing Strategies
- Expert understanding in marketing towards U.S. Clinics and Health Systems
- Develop multi-channel data-driven acquisition strategies
- Oversee leads pipeline for customer conversion (Help get deals done!)
- Create and drive B2B2C (Clinics) Marketing Strategies
- Develop organic & paid acquisition strategies
- Oversee social media strategies
- Lead partner-driven campaigns for our partner clinics.
- Oversee our pipelines for consumer (patients) leads.
- Conduct Experiments and Analysis
- Perform detailed quantitative analysis
- Test and scale channel expansions
- Improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Innovate existing marketing channels
- Develop and Communicate Marketing Plans
- Gain consensus for monthly marketing plans
- Communicate performance results, via reports and presentations
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and Acquisition Departments
- Create new attribution methods
- Understand target audience through research
- Ensure precise campaign tracking and reporting
- Partner with Key Teams
- Your main stakeholders: Sales, Partnerships and Acquisition Departments
- Work in collaboration with Technology and Operations teams, in order to create product and workflows to implement marketing campaigns
Qualifications and requirements:
- 6 years of experience in marketing or growth roles:
- Including at least 3 years within healthcare-related companies
- Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, including platforms such as Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Proven track record in setting and achieving KPI-driven user acquisition targets, with expertise in creating and automating reports using various analytical tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- High-energy, self-directed,
and team-oriented individual with a passion for obesity care, chronic care management, or remote patient monitoring.
- Strong dedication to the company's mission of tackling obesity, supporting individuals in achieving sustainable weight loss goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth
- Leverage a mix of channels (conferences, digital, magazines, you name it) to ensure consistent lead generation (potential partner clinics)
- User Experience and Content Management
- Ensure corporate website is on brand and effective in driving revenue
- Oversee user experience and content for all channels
- Manage and recommend new growth channels, both online and offline
- Conduct A/B tests for cost-effective growth strategies
- Create, implement and optimize paid campaigns,
via direct digital channels or working with existing clinical partners.
- Marketing Content Creation
- Develop content for website, sales personnel, healthcare fairs, and branded materials
- Relationship Cultivation
- Build relationships with industry influencers, press, and potential partners
- Seek low-cost opportunities to promote the brand
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies

- Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
- Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Brazil or Costa Rica, compatible with American ET timezone.
