What You'll Do
We are seeking a Director of Consumer & Market Insights to lead all research and insights initiatives that inform our business strategy, product development, and marketing efforts. This role is critical to ensuring a deep understanding of our consumers, market trends, and competitive landscape. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead research initiatives to deeply understand consumer behavior, preferences, and motivations through various methods, including qualitative and quantitative research, VOC programs, and consumer sentiment surveys.
2. Develop, manage and enhance audience segments by identifying best practices for tagging and signal collection to ensure accurate, comprehensive consumer insights.
3. Assess existing tagging and signal-tracking frameworks, identifying any data gaps, and implementing solutions to capture valuable behavioral signals across touchpoints.
4. Strategize the combination, management and sharing of audience segments across the organization to enhance campaign targeting and personalization efforts.
5. Drive collaboration between teams to align on segment definitions, and maintain a shared understanding of segment performance,
reach and engagement metrics.
6. Develop and refine customer personas to support targeted and effective marketing, product and sales strategies, continuously enriching them with updated insights from signal collection and audience data analysis.
7. Conduct regular industry and competitive analyses to monitor market trends, shifts and emerging opportunities, providing insights that keep our brands competitive and relevant.
8. Provide actionable insights to the marketing, product and executive teams, delivering data-driven recommendations that shape GTM strategies and product development.
9. Oversee VOC and NPS programs to capture and evaluate customer feedback, pinpoint areas of improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
10. Synthesize VOC insights and NPS trends into reports and presentations for key stakeholders,
ensuring that customer feedback is central to decision-making process.
11. Collaborate with the Product team to design and implement A/B testing and user testing programs that improve user experience, increase conversion and optimize digital engagement.
12. Analyze results from testing initiatives to provide actionable insights for optimizing product and website features, enhancing user experience and boosting engagement.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering strategic insights.
Demonstrated expertise in various research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative, including VOC programs, NPS, persona development, and consumer sentiment analysis.
Strong analytical skills and experience in synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Experience managing or collaborating on A/B testing and user testing initiatives, ideally in partnership with product or digital teams.
Bonus Points
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
