The General Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets by working closely with business partners in the region. The Pure CP Cluster in LATAM comprises these countries: Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and the Caribbean. This role involves directing and motivating the CAH team to assist with assessing market opportunities, launching new products, and ensuring all new contract opportunities are maximized. The position will involve sharing best practices and working alongside colleagues to ensure the professional management of the region, representing it with all support functions.Essential Functions & Responsibilities(including but not limited to)Manage, lead, and announce strategic partners (distributors) in LATAM in alignment with our Partnership Excellence Program (PEP) to drive sustainable growth.Full P&L responsibility and accountability for Pure CP Markets in LATAM. Drive exceptional performance against internal & external metrics.Formulate and execute competitive commercial strategies that align with the company's international directives to achieve short and long-term revenue growth, while ensuring that goals are consistent with the vision and mission of Cardinal Health.Successfully achieve multiple new product launches with associated metrics. Ensure deep customer, competitor & environmental insights are incorporated in plans & execution.Develop & implement strategy for additional growth drivers such as inorganic business development, as well as other Cardinal Health solutions and services.Contribute to the development of Pure CP LATAM strategy & key brands.Hire, develop, and retain talent. Develop a robust pipeline of diverse leaders with skills to succeed in a complex and dynamic marketplace and champion initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace environment and a highly engaged workforce.Qualifications & Experience (minimum requirements)Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field.10+ years of progressive leadership experience is required, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical/health care industry or similar.Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.Experience working in some of the countries within the LATAM Region.Ability to build mutually beneficial networks and partnerships with key external leaders and agencies to develop value-generating solutions.Demonstrates a high level of alignment to the Core Values with unquestioned ethics and integrity.
