Digital Marketing Strategy Manager We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager who is responsible to define the e-business priorities (Digital Marketing and E-Commerce) for south cone regional strategy and bring into the region other countries best digital practices, GtM strategy and the BU digital approach.
About the Role This role is responsible for initiating, implementing, supporting and following up KPIs and setting targets for the region in cooperation with relevant management teams.

What You Will Do Drive the implementation of the e-Business priorities for all countries within the region in alignment with the BU regional strategy, GtM strategy and BU digital plans.Train/support local countries in implementation of e-Business tools and methods.Develop Digital Marketing Strategy including Paid and Owned platforms (Site & social media).Initiate, propose and drive implementation of digital marketing plans.Adapt global and regional communication for best utilization in digital channels.Monitor effects of digital activities, follow-up, evaluate and take corrective actions if needed.Drive/participate in Global and BU projects to ensure the regional E-Commerce and digital needs are represented.Drive/Support sales via external Online stores in cooperation with relevant stakeholders from other BUs and countries in the region.Extract and analyze online shopper insights and customer needs for the region in order to find areas for improvement.Contribute with Essity Corporate initiatives with Communication Team, HR and IT.Ensure good understanding of trends and development for E-Business in the region.Who You Are? Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Digital Business (Digital marketing, E-commerce).2 years minimum experience in strategy positions.Digital marketing campaign planning, SEO & SEM knowledge.Performance marketing experience.Strong leadership capabilities.Experience leading teams.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative international environment.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).Excellent English speaking and writing skills.Ability to travel.What We Can Offer You At Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.
