About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician L1 to join our team in Santiago, Chile.
As a Desktop Support Technician L1, you will play a crucial role in providing first-line technical support to our end-users.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities: Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, such as computer malfunctions, printer errors, and network connectivity problems.
Software Support: Assist users with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Incident Resolution: Respond to and resolve user incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Remote Support: Provide remote technical assistance to users.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets.
User Onboarding: Set up new user accounts and provide initial technical training.
