We are looking for Data Center Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position involves in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair as well as participating in an on-call rotation.
Key job responsibilitiesRegularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ poundsAbility to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as neededSome regional travel may be requiredBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- High school or equivalent diploma
- 1+ year of Computer Hardware experience
- 1+ years of Computer Networking experience
- 1+ years of experience with Linux or other operating systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
- 2+ years of experience working in a Data Center environment
- Understanding of storage devices
- Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
- An Associates degree or 2+ years of professional or military experience in an IT related field
