The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a part-time remote position of 4 hours a day.

Since this role involves working during US PDT hours, the ideal candidate would be someone from South America or a country with a minimal time difference from the US.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across multiple channels (Instagram, Facebook, emails, Shopify chat), ensuring timely and effective communication.

This role requires someone who can work independently, without strict scripts, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and provide top-notch support that enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer inquiries via Shopify Chat, Emails, Instagram, and Facebook (both DMs and comments) within 15 minutes.
- Knowledge of Shopify Admin Cabinets.
- Utilize AI tools like GPT Chat to craft concise, effective responses while adhering to the company's tone and using accurate information.
- Provide active feedback and include significant information in reports.
- Collaborate in the creation of a standardized reporting template.
- Regularly update the FAQ in the Notion Database and work with the marketing team to address unanswered questions.

Work Schedule :

7 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) - 4 hours a day. Monthly Salary 350$.

The role will initially require availability 7 days a week,
but this may be adjusted in the future

Ideal Profile

- Strong communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in Customer Service for at least 1 year
- Experience in a E-commerce company is a huge advantage
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.
- Experience in working within the e-commerce business is an advantage.
