Customer Support Associate

We're helping one of our clients, Tiny Mile, hire for Customer Support Associate.
"Why drive when you can send a robot?"

Compensation: USD 5/hour.

Location: Remote (anywhere).

Skills: Proficient in order management and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of Tiny Mile's delivery fleet
- Confirm and assign incoming orders using Tiny Mile's in-house dispatch software.

- Monitor ongoing orders to maintain delivery standards of practice and ensure the package arrives promptly.
- Provide effective and reliable communication with eaters, merchants, and robot pilots.
- Report and troubleshoot service errors and answer eater/merchant/courier inquiries.
