Our Opportunity: As Customer Success Partner you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will support and work together with the Area Sales Team to ensure that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Maersk solutions.
Key responsibilities: Support sales reps in building long-term relationships with customers to ensure they achieve full value from their investment with Maersk.Align internal teams with customers' goals and marketing strategies to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.Continuously monitor customer progress and drive results in areas such as adoption, usage, business value, and overall relationship.Act as a customer advocate, resolving issues promptly and leveraging company resources as needed to meet customer needs.Manage various processes, including allocation, tender handling, quoting and contracting, and contract renewals to ensure smooth customer interactions.We are looking for: Execute account management tasks effectively to drive business results.Possess strong commercial knowledge to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective relationship-building skills.Possess high-level product knowledge, including understanding how it addresses different customer pain points, and be fluent in English.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
