JOB SUMMARY: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions to their problems. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and follow up on any outstanding issues. A successful candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the capability to efficiently organize tasks.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Addressing and resolving customer issues and inquiries, ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented. Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution. Processing results from analysis of data. Execution of customer service standard processes while maintaining customer accounts and relationships. Common processes include onboarding, buyouts, end of term, and delivery of financial documentation. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Skills required: Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions. Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations. Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques. Listening: Knowledge of effective listening issues and techniques. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing and resolving problems. Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar. Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
