Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the enterprise technology space.Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence concepts or technology, including developing go-to-market strategies for AI solutions.Experience managing technology projects and campaigns within the AI and cloud domains.Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI solutions, such as Generative AI models like AutoML, GANs, and Transformer-based architectures, natural language processing (NLP), Computer vision, and machine learning platforms and tools.Experience with Google Cloud AI products and services, such as Vertex AI, Cloud Natural Language API, and Cloud Vision API.Experience with Google Cloud's artificial intelligence solutions.Experience in business strategy, business development and translating customer needs into solutions.Experience with Google Cloud's technology portfolio.Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and ambiguous, matrixed environments while building relationships to achieve business goals.About the JobAs a member of the Google Cloud team, you inspire leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. The Customer Engineer role at Google Cloud is responsible for developing and executing strategies to bring Google Cloud's innovative solutions to market, driving business enablement, demand generation, and business engagement across diverse industry sectors. As a Customer Engineer, AI, you will advocate Google Cloud's AI solutions, helping organizations with machine learning and artificial intelligence to solve critical business problems. You will develop offer strategies for AI solutions and initiatives, lead go-to-market strategies and business plays focused on AI, manage AI-centric campaigns, and provide feedback to product and global solutions teams to inform the AI product roadmap. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, enabling them to leverage Google Cloud's AI capabilities to drive innovation, gain insights, and achieve business goals.
