Provides expertise and guidance to sales managers re training priorities. Provides materials and development support to sales regions and to presentations at conferences or sales meetings.This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.In this role you will be responsible for:- Develop regional strategic/annual planning and implement according to regional strategies, focused on his/her area of expertise;- Launch all annual regional initiatives into One Force for approval and generate calendar of events;- Responsible for event openning into Cvent, with all the event details information and survey elaboration;- Performing training content design, adaptation and maintenance (updated), and developing efficient training delivery methods (F2F - in classroom / hands on / role plays / gaming /etc );- Responsible for content Copy Approval process execution;- Delivering regional and local clinical / product / specialty training in support of the regional and local clusters training initiatives;- Coordinating and leading the use and support required from specialized local training network when needed, specially for big regional events regional and/or also smaller local ones;- Deploying minimum global standards of proficiency requirements, according to learning journeys established by sales roles, with pre-defined tracking methods and tools;- Responsible for having a deeper understanding of KPIs (Key performance indicators) and its results for each platform/specialty under his/her responsibility, making necessary adjustments to plans and course execution according to KPIs results;- Budget planning and controlling of its area of responsibilities.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree- Required experience of at least 4 years working with Medical Devices - expertise in Knee, Hip, and Sports Medicine- Significant to have practical experience with commercial or Technical educational environments.- Proven command of oral and written English language at a sophisticated level- Knowledge of the Portuguese language - will be considered a plus- Availability to travel 25%Solid abilities:- Ability to diagnose and address business needs, in other to build an educational plan aligned with business strategies.- Ability to effectively communicate and deliver training programs.- Good interpersonal skills for problem-solving and stakeholder management.- Leading people by influence
