ABOUT THE ROLE We are on the hunt for a CRM Implementation Specialist to spearhead the implementation process of our Pipeline Management Service. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing our clients' current CRM systems, redesigning pipeline stages, establishing playbooks, and implementing automation, workflows, and reports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate and assess clients' existing CRM setups. Redefine and design pipeline stages to align with efficient sales processes. Create and implement playbooks for optimized CRM usage. Develop and implement automation and workflows within CRMs. Drive reporting automation to deliver insights efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to constantly improve the Pipeline Management Service offering. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in CRM implementation, especially with HubSpot and Salesforce . Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Why join Growth Era?
