Main ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the creation of paid media campaigns on TikTok by generating creative proposals, collaborating on strategic thinking, and promoting the incorporation of best practices.Become the TikTok champion and main reference within TikTok Creative Lab by Selva.Design creative assessments and strategies to optimize TikTok campaigns.Identify opportunities for TikTok briefs and top clients.Deliver educational workshops to clients and agencies, addressing technical development and best practices.Lead co-creation events with tier 1 clients, creators, and agencies.Creators mapping and recommendations.Transform requests into creative briefs.Coordinate projects involving creativity and/or production in every market involved.Work with the creative and production team to ensure delivery aligns with campaign and brand objectives and challenges.Bring proactive proposals to drive new business and opportunities.Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience in developing and executing media campaigns within creative and media agencies.Experience in transforming client requests into clear and actionable creative briefs.Experience in social media is a plus.Intermediate/advanced (B2) English level.Experience in client fronting: Demonstrated ability to interact with clients, present ideas, and manage client expectations.Creative strategy development: Ability to design creative assessments and strategies.Project coordination skills: Strong organizational skills to coordinate projects involving creativity and production across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with campaign and brand objectives.
