Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) - 9 AM - 5 PM EST Key Responsibilities:Client Management & Creative Scoping: Handle client accounts, scope their needs and requirements, and support in delivering creative and branding services to ensure alignment with their business objectives.Proposal, Quotes & Order Writing: Put together pricing proposals/quotes for clients based on service scope.Creative Problem Solving: Develop creative ideas and solutions to address client business challenges and enhance brand positioning.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations.Client-Facing Role: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing all aspects of client services.Brand Success: Drive brand success by elevating brand identity and positioning through strategic guidance and innovative branding solutions.Data Entry Skills: Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information.CRM Management: Proficiency in CRM platforms with experience in managing customer data, tracking projects and updating costs and contact.What Success Looks Like:Client Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and successful project delivery.Effective Proposal Writing: Translate brand needs into effective and clear pricing proposals.Creative Solutions: Successfully develop and implement creative ideas that solve client business challenges and enhance brand value.Timely Delivery: Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet or exceed client expectations.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in creative branding and design.Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva and other design tools is advantageous, with a keen eye for branding and visual aesthetics.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write proposals and build rapport with clients.Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Creative Mindset: Self-motivated, creative, and independent, with a passion for branding and innovation.Remote Work Proficiency: Capable of working effectively in a remote setting, with strong collaboration skills.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Creative Director to make a significant impact on client branding success.
