Job Description : Modern Trade CPFR – Role Profile (L6A) The Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst position is focused on the management of customer inventory replenishment and demand forecasts at the SKU level using internal and customer-specific system tools. This customer-facing role drives Supply Chain activities, helps meet customer in-stock goals, inventory targets, overall sales goals, and maintains fill rates. This position is the focal point of the tactical demand forecast at customer level, meaning it will need good judgement, influencing and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to present data in a relevant way. Key Functions Support with a collaborative agenda with the main modern channel clients Improved availability of Diageo products in modern channel points of sale. On-Shelf-Availability week monitoring, analyze the causes of out-of-stocks and, together with the client and the Diageo sales team, propose improvement actions in the short, medium and long term In charge of working on the Forecast both internally and with the client. Schedule purchase orders in a timely manner. Ensure correct delivery to the client's distribution centers. (OTIF) Review and maintain correct Instock at the point of sale. Support in the analysis of the logistics costs of the chain, both those of the company and the clients, and make improvement proposals together with the client and the Diageo commercial team. Support in the preparation of basic reports and indicators of the area as well as Customer Collaboration for the Modern channel Identify operational and systematic problems to report to the local team as well as improvement actions in the short, medium and long term. Manage orders and treatment of delays, cancellations and rescheduling. Provide daily monitoring of operations and logistics processes with third parties and their respective KPIs. Constant communication with internal, external areas and/or suppliers to resolve incidents. Key Responsibilities Strategic: Optimize the customer's replenishment process to meet in-stock, inventory and sales objectives while maintaining fill rates. Prioritize work load by using internal and external reports effectively. Leadership: Lead weekly meetings with the customer to identify areas of opportunity and provide recommendations. Own communication with key stakeholders to call out exceptions in forecast, flag risks, and provide actionable recommendations. Project Management: Manage complex projects that are within the scope of driving Supply Chain or Customer Replenishment efficiencies. Self-Starter: Plan, practice good judgment, and have the ability to work independently. Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field 3+ years of experience carrying out CPFR or Customer Collaboration processes in mass consumption companies (ideally in a modern channel).
