About Our Client Our client, leader in grading and packing small produce.
Job Description Reporting to the CEO, the main responsibilities will be:

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of operations.

- Overseeing local support.

- Coordinating customized designs.

- Leading the implementation of innovative grading and packing technology.

- Maintaining relationships with domestic markets.

- Ensure customer satisfaction.

- Driving business growth.


The Successful Applicant Qualifications:
Proven leadership and managerial skills.Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of grading and packing technologies.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Ability to develop and execute business strategies.Fluency in English and Spanish.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as required.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
