Responsibilities:
•Lead the finance team organization
•Lead Strategic planning, target setting activities and Forecast elaboration
•Drive monthly performance analysis & recommendations
•Drive business review
•Provide advisory & insights to the business leaders of the Country and particularly drive business excellence and profitable growth byBusiness Model, identify actions to meet Financial objectives, give relevant insights for operational business decisions, challenge SFC efficiency
•Contribute to Global standards alignment and continuous improvement
•Drive Digital transformation for own perimeter through Digital tools adoption & enhancement and support data management & qualityimprovement
•Responsible for both management and statutory Financial Statements related to entities part of his/her scope, manage the overallrisks and ensure overall compliance in the country, working closely with CAO and Finance experts
•Coordinate month-end closing and participate to Balance Sheet Reviews, closely with CAO and accounting team.
•Co-pilot with the Country President in order to deliver and optimize short and long-term Business Performance, by supporting strategyand participating to decision making. Challenge and follow action plans to achieve targets
•Participate in Territory Finance Council,
People Committee, lead Country Finance Council and play an active role in FinanceCommunity
•Contribute or lead projects at country level
