Responsibilities The Opportunity Protect and enhance corporate reputation through an integral communication strategy.Design internal communication strategies to engage all employees (FL & Non FL) effectively to translate our business strategy (vision, values, direction) Provide Brand Communication services for all BUs and brands supporting engagement with key stakeholders and deploying strategies with influencers.Manage the communication of sustainability and social impact achievements and milestones at SOCO.Your Impact As Corporate communications & sustainability analyst your responsibilities would consist of: COMMUNICATIONS CHILE (70%) Protect and enhance corporate reputation in Chile including proactive efforts to communicate WWP, Business wins and Brand Building Better Together initiatives via influential targeted media strategiesDesign and execute the Communication Strategy to increase the company awareness and reputation among key external Stakeholders and influencers via wining earned media repercussions and relevant news spaces. Provide Brand Communication services for key brands supporting engagement with key stakeholders and deploying strategies with influencers.Editorial direction, content development, design, production and distribution of all external and internal publications.SOCIAL IMPACT SOCO (30%)s Sustainability goals Active participation in the creation of roadmaps for the achievement of goals and Lift & shift resources from other sectors to achieve goals.Provide functional guidance, support and resources and help shape the strategy of SOCO's Sustainability agenda.
