Job Description Contract Management Review contracts scope of works Responsible for checking contractors compliance with contract documentation Upload contracts and change orders to client's platform for correct processing Responsible for contractor performance review Support in contracting owner direct vendors in identifying, scoping, buying-out and scheduling direct consultants Set up and maintain the contracting plan, developing scope of work packages, contracting method and supplier management program Bidding process Responsible for contract negotiation, evaluating tenders and negotiating contract conditions Provide support in the benchmarking process Review compliance of bid enquiries with client requirements and contract forms Accountable for the bidding information.
Preparation, review and approval of contract documentation Responsible for drafting proposal requests Provide suitable bidder list for contracts Responsible for bid evaluation preparing bidder lists, evaluating bids with the appropriate responsible team members and make recommendations to the Project Team Claims Provide contractual advice and lead the evaluation, negotiation and agreement of contractual claims during construction Review claim mitigation strategies. Review claim response strategy and approach. Review process of assessing merits of claim. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years professional experience. Experience of 4 years in the role Degree Bachelor´s Architecture, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience of 6 years in the role Previous experience in specific Project management & design management for Industrial Projects Experience in end to end service full project delivery Experience in being involved in Industrial Projects. Fluent English & Spanish Strong relationship with client and cross-functional team members Good interpersonal skills to influence others to achieve project objectives.
