We are looking for a Contract Manager for one of our clients with the following details: Location: Valparaiso - Chile Start date: 1st mission mid-June around 16/06/2024 (about 15 days in France - the time to prepare the administrative part for the departure for Chile) - then departure on July 1st for 3 years in Chile. Qualification and Experience Required: Civil engineer with at least 15 years of professional experience and having held the position of contract manager in at least 3 construction or remediation contracts related to remediation projects, both technically and economically. Bac + 2 to Bac + 5 training in the field of sanitation. Perfect command of Spanish; French & English is a plus. Experience in similar functions is mandatory. Proven expertise in project and contract management of polluted sites and soils. Rigor. Organizational skills. Interpersonal skills. Analytical, argumentative and synthesis skills. Writing and public speaking skills. Mission: Steering, controlling and monitoring the execution of SSP and operating contract contracts. Verify that all contractual commitments are respected. Control the quality of the service and the progress of the services at the expense of the delegate/operator. Organize and manage contract follow-up meetings. Monitor technical and regulatory indicators, and point out discrepancies. Develop and monitor specific dashboards. Ensure the link with the partners on the project. Analyze the contractual documents submitted by the delegate/operator and write the Price and Quality Report of the sanitation project. Animate and present data and general assembly.
