What you will be doing at Evalueserve Supporting applications and data warehouses from a daily operations perspective. Managing user access requests to applications and data warehouses. Testing and deploying minor enhancements, bug fixes, and forced changes for the supported applications and data warehouses. Coordinating software system installation and upgrades with the offshore team to meet desired business or IT outcomes. Analyzing information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts. Obtaining and evaluating information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration. Consulting with customers about requirements, system changes, training needs, etc. Conferring with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces. What we're looking for 4-8 years related experience required. Expert in Snowflake, Tidal, DataStage, PL/SQL, Oracle, IBM Mainframe. Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently while maintaining good time management. Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
