As part of DHL Group, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities.**Job Purpose**:Administrative management with focus on constructions, renovations, maintenance and improvement of standards and processes in CPM, FM and Commercial Pillars. Communication and alignment with third parties and fields of facilities, technical support to sites and performance with continuous improvement / cost reduction.**Your tasks**:- Deliver up to medium projects on their own or be part of large & complex construction projects throughout the complete construction lifecycle and ensured delivery on time, budget to quality. This involves managing all necessary external parties.- Liaise with business colleagues including business development, solutions design teams, operations, and finance teams to ensure solution aligns with business requirements.- Lead Construction activities.- Provide expert Construction knowledge and implement global processes in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.- Manage standardized project delivery process and a standard construction costing process.- Manage standard process for tender evaluation, due diligence and change order requests provide advice to project managers.- Monitor quality criteria, project status, cost, issue resolution and risk mitigation of projects of regional importance.- Engage external sources and identify construction trend and headwinds.- Negotiates and approves lease agreements with customers and potential customers.**Your profile**:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management- More than 2 years of experience in building & development design- Fluent English- Advanced Office (Excel and PPT)- Auto Cad; MS-Project- Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and Structural design coordination- Strong Knowledge of Chilean Regulatory Policies- People Management- Elaboration of indicators and performance- Lease transactions**We offer**:- Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world- International and virtual environment- Flexibility and great opportunity to learn- Tempting Compensation and benefits
