ServiceMaster by Tekton , an industry leader in disaster restoration, is looking for a Repair Department Project Manager to oversee projects for commercial and residential reconstruction as a result of insurance losses.
As a project manager at ServiceMaster by Tekton, you will have the responsibility for the overall completion of repairs to property, including, but not limited to: Project development and planning Coordinate project team, team meetings, subcontractors, and trades Participate in design development providing the necessary liaison, when required, between pre-construction department and the owner Support and implement the company's project quality planning and control process Initiate and maintain liaison with the homeowner and contacts to facilitate successful project execution, such as: Client-initiated meetings Ceremonial events Maintaining contact to ensure satisfaction with ongoing project for marketing purposes Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect client and company interests: review and approve budgets, cost reports, owner's reports, payment, rental equipment, income, expenses, etc.
Perform final review of internal items such as job cost reviews, monthly billing to owner, master cost breakdown, labor cost report, and monthly reports Evaluate construction progress and team performance to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget Identify all potential legal problems and litigation for their projects and review them with the branch manager Oversee completion of project close-out Provide technical assistance to all members of the project team Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing of potential projects with current clients Actively lead internal team(s) that focus on continuous improvement of the business Promote the growth and development of client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships Familiar with all policies and processes as it relates to this position Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk Ideal candidates should have: A minimum of 3 years in the insurance restoration industry as a Project Manager/Estimator Xactimate experience Valid Driver's License Ability to travel out-of-town when required Pass a background check and drug screening Benefits include: Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Paid time off Competitive pay with incentives Join us!
