About the role A CEM Senior consultant is responsible for overseeing the configuration processes, improving efficiency, reducing errors, and ensuring seamless software development and deployment. The goal is empowering Murex, system integrator, and client teams to achieve fast, frequent, and reliable delivery throughout the instance life cycle by providing and managing MX.3 working environments and configuration framework. The consultant will also evolve into a technical architect able to design infrastructure & hardware design for Continuous integration (CI/CD) frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who is technically proficient, highly organized, and has a strong leadership background in managing CI environments. What you'll do Your main responsibilities, part of an international context and in collaboration with internal delivery teams, will be: Continuous integration Configure the standard Murex tool stack internally. Monitors and controls stability and performance of the CI/CD pipeline. Assists and supports the CI/CD tool stack. Design, implement and manage the CI system and processes across multiple projects. Collaborate with development teams to integrate their work seamlessly into the CI pipeline. Maintain and enhance the existing CI infrastructure to support development and testing efforts. Data Sampling Reduces the size of a database to create test and development environments. Environment deployment and Management Operations Deploy and manage Murex Software needed for Murex client projects using Murex tools and scripts. Perform basic smoke tests before delivering the needed products. Act as a first-level support for already deployed Murex products, re-directing and following the issues with the corresponding support teams. Configuration Management Use Murex configuration management tools to import/export configuration items and analyze related issues. Supports, centralizes, packages, and delivers the project's functional and technical configuration. Apply the configuration management methodologies. Conversion of a customer database Perform database sanitization and purging procedures. Migration sequence execution and stabilization. Reconciliation mismatch production. Follow up on migration defects. Setting Methodologies and Procedures Contribute to creating the environment and configuration management methodologies, conversion processes, communication workflows, and needed templates and documentation. Customize and document the installation and the conversion/upgrade procedures. Deliver needed training and best practices for Murex Clients and project teams. Manage internal streams: contribute to creating tools, measure related KPIs, and analyze potential issues. Data masking Presents, delivers and supports the data masking tool and configuration to the client. Collaboration Ensures good collaboration with the project team. Ensures good collaboration with customers. Know your instance Prepare reports on CI process performance and improvements. Centralizes customer details. Is the point of contact for environment related questions on his/her CET. Capitalization Capitalizes on issues not related to a specific client. Contributes to product evolution (feedback to product teams, follow-up on defects and issues).
