You have studied Civil Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar. Accounts with Specialization/master's degree in areas related to the position. You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting firms, public/private entities in the field of innovation, innovation management, development of innovative business models, innovation culture, competitiveness, sector development, technological roadmaps, business experiments or similar. You have knowledge in: Methodologies for innovation and creativity (Design thinking, Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, Design Sprint, others). Innovation management, open innovation, culture of innovation, digital transformation and/or sustainability. Implementation of processes for technological improvement and competitiveness in companies or public entities, training in the field of innovation, workshop revitalization, graphic design tools. Management of digital tools for facilitating workshops (Mural, Mentimeter, Trello, others). Capacity for teamwork and technical rigor. Autonomy and innovative mentality. Advanced English.
