Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in technical product sales. Experience in team and project management. Availability to travel 40%. The Challenge: Drive the transformation of the current sales culture towards a high-performance standard. Organize and structure the department to continuously improve customer service quality. Define, validate, and communicate sales objectives, budgets, and forecasts by sector and industry to the team. Establish the sales department's operating budget in collaboration with general management and the financial department. Define the company's positioning, identify market trends, and detect growth opportunities based on market studies. Participate in negotiating commercial agreements and respond to strategic tenders. Manage commercial disputes with customers, suppliers, or distributors, fostering 'win/win' solutions. Collaborate with technical and legal departments to define offers and contracts. Ensure timely credit collection and manage overdue accounts. Design and update sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction indicators, reporting to general management and the group. Human Resources Management: Provide technical and product support to the team. Lead, motivate, and unite teams around a common sales strategy. Monitor and analyze performance indicators to ensure objectives are met. Develop team skills and manage recruitment needs in collaboration with HR.
