Your next challenge: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.Oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing.Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.Monitor and report on marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.You're a match if you have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.Certification in Marketing Management or equivalent preferred.10+ years of experience in marketing.5+ years in a leadership role.Advanced English level (mandatory)Competencies: Continuous Learning, Customer-Centric Mindset, Digital marketing, Influence, Leadership, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Strategy, Strategic Brand Management, Strategic Decision-Making.To get this challenge: Video call or face to face with TA Partner.Video call or face to face with Hiring Manager.Video call or face to face with HR VP.Your location: Santiago de Chile
