We're helping our customers digitally enable their clinical trial programs, meeting patients where they are, driving change through technology and innovations, and reimagining the path to proof.Working at Signant Health puts you in the very heart of the world's most exciting sector - a high-growth, dynamic company in an extraordinary industry.Where do you fit in?The Cloud Operations Project Manager is responsible for managing short term planned work, projects and programs within the Cloud Operations Engineering Core team supporting the hosting of all Signant Health's products.Working as part of a multi-disciplinary global team the Cloud Operations Project Manager will plan, schedule and track to completion the engineering work of a team of global engineers in India, Finland, USA and Chile in order to meet our systems, process, development and customer timelines.The ideal candidate will have a passion for working as part of a global team ensuring that our products remain performant and stable.As part of our team your responsibilities will be :- Work with Engineering leads to plan, schedule, coordinate and track the teams' engineering work to ensure on-schedule execution.- Track status of all planned work to manage the risks and stakeholders, and reduce any delays in execution.- Update key stakeholders on key activities, schedules, progress and risks.- Identify issues and risks early and develop / drive mitigation plans.- Integrate Cloud Operations efforts in the R technical teams' roadmaps and planning to ensure alignment, execution and reduce operational surprises.You'll need to bring :- Minimum 3 years' experience in project and program management- Able to work independently and as part of a team to design, plan and execute projects- Strong communications skills with the ability to summarize and present complex issues to a variety of audience : technical, non-technical and business leaders- Experience in agile, waterfall and combined processes- Strong familiarity with Jira for workload management and reportingWe'd be thrilled to hear that you also have :- Familiarity with public cloud hosting- Familiarity with coordinating projects and plans with other impacted teams as part of a broader annual program- Using Smartsheets as a project management toolAnd finally,here are the ways of working that will help you succeed at Signant :- You have a constructive can-do attitude and can adapt quickly to change.- You're motivated by working in a fast-growing global company.- You're self-driven and active and continuously want to learn new things.Does this sound like something you'd like to explore?
