Medical Director - Neurosciences (Remote LATAM) Company: Thermo Fisher Scientific Location: Santiago, Chile Salary: $80,000 - $160,000 per year Work Schedule: Standard (Monday-Friday) Environmental Conditions: Office environment Job Description We are seeking a highly qualified Medical Director to lead our clinical teams and oversee the medical aspects of contracted tasks across the pharmaceutical product life-cycle.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of clinical trials, and the ability to communicate complex medical information effectively.
Key Responsibilities Lead a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
Requirements Board certification or board eligibility in emergency medicine or internal medicine/family medicine with emergency medicine experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
